Bajaj Pulsar RS200 launched in India at Rs 1.28 lakh

The much awaited Bajaj Pulsar RS200 has been launched in India. The RS stands for Race Sport.  Bajaj Pulsar series has been the most loved bike by the young generation. The Pulsar bikes offer style, power and performance. Now we see this fully faired version of Pulsar. This design is different from the conventional ones. It looks aggressive, muscular and sportier. This stylish bike has been priced at Rs 1.18 lakh for the non-ABS version and at Rs 1.30 lakh for the ABS version, ex-Delhi. The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is also claimed to be the fastest Pulsar with a top speed of 141kmph. With this performance, there is no one who can say that he doesn’t want to own this machine. The Pulsar RS 200 will be offered in yellow and red with black colour variants. The Bookings for the RS200 have already started and deliveries will begin soon.

 The design and looks and definitely eye catching. The bike has got well designed split seats. The new Bajaj pulsar RS200 features a stylish twin projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, monoshock rear suspension, service due indicator,  and many other smart features. You will need more safety when you ride such power bikes, there is a 300mm disc at the front coupled with a Bosch single-channel ABS, with a disc at the rear and also it sports stickier MRF tyres for better grip.

 Talking about the engine, the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 features the same 199cc engine that does duty in the NS200.This engine delivers a 24.5PS of peak power and 18.6Nm of maximum torque. It engine is equipped with liquid cooling and fuel injection. The powerful engine is mated to the same 6-speed manual transmission from the NS. We think that this bike would deliver a mileage of approximately 54kmpl.

Bajaj is also planning to roll out a new powerful Pulsar i.e the 400 SS. This is a  fully-faired motorcycle. It was unveiled at the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo. The Pulsar 400 SS is devised on an all-new chassis.  The bike is powered by a 375cc liquid cooled fuel-injected engine churning out about 41bhp of maximum power. Another Pulsar bike was unveiled alongside the 400SS, it is the Pulsar 400 CS (Cruiser Sports). This model is a street-fighter version of the Pulsar 400 SS (Super Sports). It is powered by a 375cc engine with Bajaj’s triple-spark technology. These two nikes are expected to burn the roads in the later part of the year.
