Huawei has officially announced the Honor 6 plus smartphone, in China. The handset was announced during a company event in China on Tuesday.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, with the company’s Emotion UI 3.0 on top. The honor Plus smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display. The connectivity options of the smartphone include Bluetooth,Wi-Fi, 3G FM Radio, Micro USB and GPS. It has sensors like compass, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and accelerometer.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus is powered by an octa-core Kirin 925 processor with Mali T628 GPU . The Kirin 925 processor also offers Cat. 6 LTE connectivity at 300Mbps. The smartphone offers a fast 3GB of RAM. The Huawei Honor 6 offers 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expandable upto 128 GB via microSD card .The Honor 6 Plus sports dual camera sensors that capture 13-megapixel resolution images with twice the amount of light as compared to a single sensor, takes 0.1 seconds to autofocus, and use SLR-grade ISP technology. The Honor 6 Plus also includes a number of photo editing tools. The handset also sports front- a 5-megapixel sensor for video calling and clicking selfies. It is backed by a huge 3600mAh battery.
The Huawei Honor 6 Plus smartphone comes in two variants. One variant is priced CNY 1,999 (approximately y Rs. 20,500) and it comes with 4G connectivity support on only one SIM. The other variant is priced at CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 25,700) and it comes with both SIMs supporting 4G network.The handset is yet to be listed on its official website. Currently, there is no official report on the global availability of the smartphone.

It is powered by a 2Ghz Huawei’s Kirin 928 processor with LTE-A Cat.6 connectivity and is coupled with Mali T628MP4 GPU. The smartphone offers 32GB internal storage, which can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD card. The Limited edition phone comes with 3GB of RAM. The Honor 6 Extreme edition features a 13-megapixel camera on the back that is supported by LED flash for clicking sharp and bright images. There is also also get a 5-megapixel front facing camera The Honor 6 Extreme smartphone runs the Android 4.4 KitKat. The Huawei Honor 6 Extreme edition packs a 3100mAh.
