Samsung and bookseller Barnes & Noble together, have launched their new larger-screen Galaxy Tab 4 Nook Tablet 10.1. Samsung and Barnes & Noble had partnered for the first time to launch the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook debuted in August. The tablet features 7 Inch display and is available at $179 (roughly Rs. 11,000)
The new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook tablet sports a big 10.1-inch diagonal screen. The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook has been priced at $299.99 (roughly Rs. 18,300). The 10.1 inch tablet is powered by a quad-core 1.2 GHz processor. The tablet comes with a 1.5 GB of RAM. It offers 16 GB of inbuilt storage space which can be further expandable upto 64 GB via micro SD cards. Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook tablet sports a 3 MP rear camera, there is also a 1.3 MP front facing shooter available for the users.
The 10-inch Samsung Galaxy tab 4 Nook runs Android that has been customized with Nook software. The new User interface will offer better improved navigation, shopping experience and that it enables easier switching between one content to another easily. Users can easily navigate through the library it and they will have support for both landscape and portrait orientation. This new software will be soon available to the earlier launched Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 7.0.
The new NOOK arrives with more than $200 (roughly Rs. 12,000) free content from the NOOK Store that includes TV shows, books, top magazines and apps. The Nook now offers access to both the Nook app store and Google’s Play store for Android apps. Customers can purchase the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 10.1 at Barnes & Noble’s online and physical stores at a price of $299.99. The 10.1 Nook tablet will be pitched against Amazon Kindle Fire tablets and the Apple’s iPad.
The Galaxy Core Max was unveiled recently. The smartphone has got the model number SM-G5108Q. The smartphone offers support for dual-SIM connectivity. The device is currently available in China. Samsung’s Galaxy Core Max sports a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED display with qHD resolution. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The Core max runs Android 4.4 KitKat with TouchWiz layer. The smartphone offers 8GB built in storage which can be expandable. The smartphone features an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front-facing camera. It packs a 2200 mAh battery.
