Tata Docomo has introduced ‘Tata Docomo Rex Offer’, under which it will be providing double data usage on selected data tariff packs. As the name suggests, the offer is intended for the users of newly launched Samsung smartphones under the Rex series including Rex 60, Rex 70, Rex 80 and Rex 90.
The offer is currently available for selected cities only, therefore before opting for any data pack check over the official website of the telecom operator. The data packs can only be availed on the mentioned smartphones over the 2G network only.
The 2G double data offer consists of 4 data usage tariff plans priced at Rs.55/-, Rs.77/-, Rs.95/- and Rs.126/-. The exact prices of the data plans may vary circle to circle. Here is the data usage limit and validity period of the data plans:

The Tata Docomo Rex Offer is valid for all subscribers of Tata Docomo, no matter if they are new or existing. The offer will be bestowed on the basis of TAC codes on the mentioned Samsung handsets. You cannot use the SIM (on which the plan is activated) on another handset other than the specified ones; if you do so then the offer and the benefits associated with it will be withdrawn by the Tata Docomo.
Other than the data tariffs all other tariffs including SMS and Voice will be as per the existing plan. Once the data usage limit is exceeded, the further data usage will be charged at 10p/10kb. The Tata Docomo Rex Offer is valid till 31st August 2013.
