The Motorola Moto Turbo is now available to purchase in India. The smartphone can be purchased for Rs. 41,999 (64GB Ballistic Nylon variant). The smartphone was listed for pre-order earlier this month. Customers can order this from the e-commerce website Flipkart. This is an expensive smartphone loaded with great features.
The Motorola Moto Turbo sports a 5.2-inch QHD (1440×2560 pixels) Amoled display offering a pixel density of 565ppi. The screen also includes a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It measures 143.5×73.3×8.3mm and weighs 166 grams. The smartphone is powered by a 2.7 Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor coupled with an Adreno 420 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone is being offered only in 64 GB variant.
The Motorola Moto Turbo sports a 21-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual LED flash. The other features of the rear camera include burst mode, slow motion video, auto HDR, Panorama, and tap to focus. The camera can also record 4K videos at 24fps. It also features a 2-megapixel front camera for shooting selfies. Connectivity options on the Moto Turbo include 4G LTE with LTE Cat. 4, GSM/ EDGE/ HSPA+ Bluetooth, Wi-F and, Micro-USB. It features a huge 3900mAh battery that is credited to deliver up to 48 hours of mixed usage. The Moto Turbo also supports Motorola’s Turbo Charger which has the capacity to provide 7 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging.
Motorola has launched the Motorola Moto E (Gen 2). It is being offered in LTE and 3G variants . The Motorola Moto E (Gen 2) sports a 4.5-inch qHD (540×960 pixel) display with a pixel density of 245ppi, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection along with anti-smudge coating. The difference between the LTE and 3G variants is that the 3G variant Moto E (Gen 2) is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC with Adreno 302 while, the Moto E (Gen 2) LTE is powered by a 64-bit quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC with Adreno 306. It features 1GB of RAM. The Moto E (Gen 2) runs Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box. The handset features a 5-megapixel rear camera, there is also a VGA (0.3-megapixel) sensor. The smartphone offers 8GB of built-in storage on both which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity features of the Moto E (Gen 2) include Bluetooth 4.0LE, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, FM radio, Wi-Fi and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 2390mAh battery .
