So to start the process you have to type https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html on your web browser and go to the NSDL website. From the page, click on the option ” Application Type” and choose the third option “Changes or Correction in existing PAN Data/Reprint of PAN Card”.
Now fill the required details, add captcha and click the Submit button. For identity purpose you need to produce your Aadhar, Passport or other certificates. After uploading the documents, you will be prompted for payment.
After making the payment, you will get the reference and registration number. Save both these numbers and click on the Continue button. After you will require to fill a form in which you have to mention what you want to rectify. After necessary rectifications click on the Submit option.
