Samsung Rolls Android 4.4.2 KitKat for Galaxxy Note 10.1 N8000 in Germany

It’s only the previous month when Samsung released the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition and now it’s time for the Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000. Reportedly, people in Germany have started receiving notification of the latest Android series on their devices, thereby ensuring that the Korean giant has also started rolling the KitKat 4.4.2 update for the Galaxy Note 10.1 N8000 in Germany and the same is expected to roll out in the other countries too.

The latest update released by Samsung for the Galaxy Note 10.1 series device supports the build number N8000XXUDNE4 and like all other updates, it’s also rolled in phases and hence will of course take some time to reach your handset. It might even delay bit more as per your location. Once the notification reaches your device, you can install it by tapping on the firmware and following the subsequent instructions on your screen.

However, if you are impatient to wait still the update reaches your notification panel, then you can track the update after searching it manually. To search the firmware manually, you have to go through Settings > More > About device > Software updates. Else you can locate the new firmware via KIES by connecting your device to your PC.

Talking of the changes, still there is no official info on any major changelog in your device post updation. But you mustn’t wonder if you experience numerous manual changes in your device that generally happens in Samsung devices post KitKat updation with the KitKat goodies like transparent status bar, white status bar icons, immersive mode, color emoji support, cloud printing, full screen album art in the lock screen or new Location menu. Even you might get updated versions of the Samsung native apps, enhanced device performance, augmented Samsung Keyboard, & superior power management.
