State Bank of India, one of the largest public sector banks in the country is soon going to release notification for one of the most coveted banking sector jobs in India, SBI PO. The exam is conducted in three stages i.e Prelims, Mains and Group Discussion and Interview. Candidates who clear the Prelims will be qualified for Mains and those who pass the Mains will be eligible to appear the Personal Interview. SBI PO Exam 2022
If you are planning to apply for the SBI PO 2022, then you need to take a check of every single data regarding the exam. As the notification is expected to get released in July 2022, so you must keep soft copies of all your documents ready to apply. Soft copies because you have to fill the form online and hence have to upload soft copies of all documents while applying. The entire process of application, call letter, examination and result will be conducted online. If you get selected through the three stages of the SBI exam, then you will be appointed with a probation period of two years.
SBI PO Eligibility and Salary
To apply for the post you must be a graduate and must be aged between 21 to 30 years of age. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST), 3 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC Non-Creamy Layer), and 10 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC Non-Creamy Layer). You must be an Indian and must hold a graduation degree from a recognised university. The final Year/Semester candidates also can apply if they can produce the proof of graduation on the date of Interview.
As per the announcement, the starting salary of a SBI Probationary Officer Junior Management Grade Scale-I is Rs 41,960/- (with four advance increments). Besides, the official will be entitled with D.A., H.R.A./Lease rental, C.C.A., Medical, and other allowances and perquisites as decided by the norms in effect at the time. The annual C.T.C. will somewhere range between 8.20 lacs and 13.08 lacs, depending on posting location and other considerations.
