TVS Star City Plus is out to hit the Indian Roads

TVS Motors has launched the updated version of its popular motorcycle TVS Starcity. The new Starcity plus is priced at RS 44,000.This bike was first displayed to public at AUTO EXPO 2014 in Delhi. This bike has incorporated several changes to its features and sports a improved body. The bike will now come with an option of power start.

Now the body is garnished with patterned side panel grills, a crown visor, new glittering 3-D starcity + logo, new stainless steel muffler guard as well as new rearview mirrors. The additional features possessed by the bike are the new alloy wheels, coloured five step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers, clear lens indicators and a number plate illuminator. It also has a new instrument cluster with an analogue speedometer and has a smart digital information display along with service reminder and a fuel economy indicator so save your precious money. This has been devised to indicate when the bike requires its next servicing and assures excellence in your riding.

The new conception of econometer ensures best economy for your bike high Grip Tread Button tyres. The New tread pattern tyres provide the best grip on any road and gives better traction and braking capability. The Star City plus is equipped with the retooled twin valve air cooled ‘Ecothrust’ 109.7cc(110cc) DLI engine which produces 8.4bhp of power and 8.7Nm of torque. A molycoat piston is assembled inside the engine for smooth frictionless ride and burns the gases better. It is integrated with a four-speed gearbox system. The Star City plus has drum type brakes in the front and rear , telescopic forks front suspension and premium leather seats.
