Some users of iPhone 11 are facing issues on their Touchscreens. So Apple has launched an official iPhone 11 screen replacement program by which the iPhone 11 users can change their iPhone touchscreen free of cost. Because this issue is not faced by all iPhone 11 users, so this program is applicable only for those who face issues with their iPhone 11 touchscreens.
According to Apple, the touchscreen issue is marked on Apple iPhone 11 Units produced between November 2019 and May 2020. For free replacement of such screens, Apple also has launched a Support Page on its official website. But arises the question, if you have by chance lost your iPhone 11 box, then how will you avail this offer because you can’t know the production date of your handset.
To check if your iPhone display is eligible for a replacement, the iPhone serial number is also required. But you can do it. To check the serial number of your iPhone 11, just g to Settings > General > About sections of your iOS device.
Once your Serial Number is confirmed by Apple’s official website, you have to take an appointment at the Apple service centre to replace your Smartphone screen. But make sure to create a complete database backup before giving your iPhone at the Apple Service centre.
Besides, Apple has also announced to refund the amount to those who have already replaced their iPhone screens before launching of the screen replacement program. For this, they have to contact the Customer Support.
