Using WhatsApp? Must know these 4 hacks

If you are a WhatsApp user who use the app regularly like 78% of the world population, you must know these 4 tricks for a better user experience.

WhatsApp is a popular instant messaging app that is used by millions of people all around the world. The app offers a variety of features and options that can be used to enhance your messaging experience. In this blog, we will discuss some of the best WhatsApp tricks and tips that you should know to get the most out of the app.

Trick 1- Read receipts: It let people know when you have read their message, but disabling them allows you to maintain your privacy and control when and if others know you have seen their message. This also helps you watch their status without letting them know.  To disable read receipts, go to Settings > Account > Privacy > Read Receipts and turn it off.

Trick 2- Privacy Fingerprints: WhatsApp offers an added layer of security with its Privacy Fingerprints feature. This feature allows you to unlock the app using your fingerprint, adding an extra level of security to your chats. To enable this feature, go to Settings > Account > Privacy > Fingerprint lock.

Trick 3- Send a Message Without Saving the Number: You may now text yourself on WhatsApp thanks to a recent update. By typing “You” into the WhatsApp search bar, you can look up your own chat box. You can SMS yourself by entering or pasting the unsaved phone number.
The phone number is now shown in your chat. Simply tap on the number and choose the “Chat with phone number>” option. This will display on your screen the chat window for that unsaved number. The number can now be easily messaged without being added to your contact list.

Trick 4- Pause Status: Each WhatsApp status automatically appears one after the other, similar to a slideshow. When it keeps shifting to the next one, it can be challenging to read the text or look at the picture in the status. You can pause the status to take full use of its splendor. To do this, merely tap once with three fingertips on the status and viola! It is paused.
