Google integrates Google Developer Program benefits into Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscriptions, see details here

There’s a specific kind of magic in getting a generative AI model to do exactly what you want. You tweak the prompt, you adjust the context, and suddenly it clicks. But for many developers, that moment of success is followed by a slightly less magical question: Okay, now how do I turn this into a real app without racking up a massive bill?

Google wants to fix that disconnect. The distance between a great idea in a chat window and an online application should be as short as possible. That’s why Google has integrated Google Developer Program (GDP) premium benefits directly into Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra subscriptions at no extra cost.

The fuel to build

Previously, a GDP premium subscription gave you access to Google’s most capable models, like Gemini 3 Pro. That’s great for prototyping. But moving to production usually meant navigating a separate setup for Google Cloud billing. It was a speed bump in what should be a smooth ride.

By integrating GDP premium in Google AI Pro and Google AI Ultra, you get the resources you need to ship what you build, through Google Cloud credits. This means you can experiment with developer tools without hitting a wall the moment you want to go live.

Your new journey starts here

Here is what this looks like in practice. Google is connecting the dots to create a seamless workflow from idea to “Hello, World.”

Prototype and build: You can start by refining your prompts in Google AI Studio, dive into our new agentic IDE, Google Antigravity, or tap Google’s open-source AI agent in the terminal with Gemini CLI.

Deploy and scale: Once your application is running as intended, you don’t need to stop. You can use your monthly Google Cloud credits to push that code to production—whether that’s via Vertex AI or Cloud Run. Additionally, you can use the credits towards Gemini API to get more mileage interacting with agents via AI Studio or Vertex AI.

The Two Types Of Plans

Google AI Plus is available in India from December 10, 2025 for Rs. 399 per month. Whereas, the new or first-time subscribers can get the plan at Rs 199 for the first six months. In order to get the new Google AI Plus plan, you must sign in with your personal Google Account. If you don’t have a personal Google Account, you have to create one. You must be a resident in a country or region where the Google AI Plus plan is available.

Other Criteria

You must meet minimum age requirements that is you must be 18 years or older to use any or one of the following such as: Flow, Gemini 3 Pro model in “AI Mode”, Gemini app, Gemini in Gmail, Docs, Slides, and more, NotebookLM or Whisk.

Further it is worth mentioning that you cannot upgrade to Google AI Plus if you are a current Google One member who subscribed through a third-party partner or are a current Google One member who subscribed through Pixel Pass.

Note: Top-up AI credits aren’t available to Google AI Plus members. If you previously purchased top-up AI credits before changing your membership to Google AI Plus, you can still use your remaining AI credits.

With the Google AI Plus membership, you get access to certain AI features built by Google, plus 200 GB of storage. You also get 200 monthly AI credits that can be used with Flow. To get more monthly AI credits, you can upgrade to Google AI Pro or AI Ultra. So what are you waiting for, subscribe to the Google AI Plus now for just Rs. 199 and enjoy endless benefits.
