At first type https://uidai.gov.in/ on your Mobile browser. Now in the new browsed window you will find the Update Aadhar option in the left panel. Click on it and then click on Update Aadhaar at Enrolment/Update Center. Now a new window will open where you will be prompted with your state, postal pin code and a search box to trace your nearest Aadhar center.
Now you can fill the blanks with the required details and search for the nearest Aadhar center. There you have to go in person where your Aadhar will be authenticated and your appeal to change Mobile Number will be accepted. After few days, your new mobile number will be updated to your Aadhar card.
