Official Android Nougat OS rolled for Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet

The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet has started receiving the official Android 7.0 official Nougat OS. The update was rolled just the day before and is being rolled through OTA. Even some of the Xperia Z4 Tablet users might have already received the update on by now. If you have not received the update, then don’t forget to take a look at the Software Update section of your Sony Tab to ensure that you have got it on your device. Being this firmware rolled Over The Air, it generally takes some time before it reaches all handsets and hence all you have to do is to have patience and wait for the update to reach your device.

The Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet was launched in March 2015 and was equipped with numerous features that include a 10.1 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution and 16mm colors. The  Tablet was supported by a Nano SIM and was supported by a Scratch-resistant glass and oleophobic coating. The Tablet initially was running on the default Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and was planned to receive the powerful Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. But the it hit the device after 5 months. And now it’s the turn of the Nougat OS which was rolled just the previous day.

It’s obvious that after receiving the Android 7.0 Nougat OS, your Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet will be powered by a number of powerful Nougat features which you can find in the below given video. Many features including a superior UI, superb customization features and faster performance are the keys of the new Nougat. Though rolled just 4 months ago officially, but has gained immense popularity in the short tenure.
