Tata has launched the upgraded Nano Genx car with AMT .The AMT variant delivers a mileage of 21.9kmpl. Speaking on the interior, the Genx sports a new and upgraded power steering wheel. For entertainment the car has an audio system with four speakers, bluetooth, USB and AUX-IN support. For safety, there is central Locking with remote, burglar Alarm. It has got air Conditioning, front Power Windows, multi Information Display (MID) which displays digital clock, dual Trip meter, instantaneous fuel consumption, Average fuel consumption (Dual), Distance-to-empty, gear Indicator and multi-mode indicator and twin gloveboxes.
The Nano GenX sports new ‘Smiling’ grille, glossy black applique with engraved Tata logo and smoked headlamps. At the back, there is a new openable boot and a redesigned bumper. The boot space will vary in AMT and Manual variants, the manual transmission variant has a boot space 110 litres while the AMT has 94 litres.
Coming to the powerplant, the Tata Nano Genx features a 624cc MPFI Dual cylinder petrol engine that delivers a maximum power output of 38.1 bhp. The Tata Nano Genx’s engine is mated to a AMT gearbox. The gearbox has been devised by auto part maker Magnetti Marelli. Talking about the new technology, the Nano GenX comes with Sport and ‘Creep’ function ,car features Sports mode in AMT, and Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS). The GenX is also being offered in Nano 4-speed manual transmission. The Dealers have already begun the booking of the Nano GenX. Customers have to deposit a payment of Rs 5,000 for the booking. Tata Nano GenX will be pitched against Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon in India. The Nano GenX comes at the starting price of Rs. 1.99 lac .The XMA Easy Shift (AMT) has a price tag of Rs. 2.69 lac. The nano genX is being offered in Seven color option- Sangria Red , Persian Rose , Royal Gold, Pearl White, Meteor Silver, Dazzle Blue and Damson Purple.
Chevrolet has revealed the sixth-generation Camaro. The car is offered with option of six engines that includes 2.0-litre Turbo, 3.6-litre V6 and the top end, the 6.2-litre V8 engine. The engine can be mated to either a six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmission. The 2016 Camaro features all-new Drive Mode Selector with four different mode including Snow/Ice, Tour, Sport and Track setting for SS model. The interior features high-definition, configurable 8-inch-diagonal color screen. On the exterior, the Camaro sports segment-first LED ambient lighting system which is integrated in the dash, door panels and center console.
