A new type of scooter has been introduced for the bike lovers. The Luxembourg-based unique smart-scooter name UJET has been unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) at Las Vegas. This scooter has been built beautifully from an asymmetric frame and is comparatively much lighter than other two-wheelers. You can carry this 32kg foldable scooter anywhere in the globe. To make this Scooter lightweight, it’s made of advanced alloy and carbon fiber composite. The Ujet Smart Scooter can be driven in three modes i.e. Eco, Normal and Sport.
The UJET Scooter is powered by a powerful electric motor which churns out 5.44 bhp and 90 Nm of torque. Wheels of the Scooter is mounted on external bushings with perimeter disc brakes and an internal caliper. The Ujet scooter is made available with two types of battery, one providing a mileage of 70km and the other a mileage of 150km in a single recharge. Besides, the batteries also take little time to get recharged, maximum up to 3 hrs for full charging. Users can use the Scooter battery in other works such as a power bank to recharge your mobile.

The facilities you get in the Ujet Scooter is hardly available in any other two-wheelers. The ultra-modern facilities like 3G, GPS and Bluetooth are also available in the Ujet scooter. To diagnose a problem in the scooter or to configure it, you can connect the full digital panel of the scooter to a mobile device. Manufacturing of the scooter started in the year 2017 and is available in two price tag. The Ujet with 70km range model will cost you approx. GBP 7,000 (over ₹ 6 lakh) and the 150km range model will cost around GBP 8,000 (close to ₹ 7 lakh). The scooter will be made available in 6 different colors.
The company has decided to sell the first Ujet scooters in Europe and gradually it will be sold in the United States and some parts of Asia as well.
