After the successful Sales of Datsun GO. The 5+2 seater MPV Datsun GO+ has been launched in Indonesia. Datsun has announced that it will launch this car in India soon. The Datsun GO+ is equipped with a 1.2 litre petrol engine which produces 67 bhp of maximum power at 5000 rpm and a maximum torque of 104 Nm at 4000rpm.
The engine will be a 3 cylinder one and will be mated to a 5-speed gear box The car will be offered in 4 variants which are named as D,A,T and T optional. The D variant which is the base model will be available at a price of Rs 4,42,000, the A variant which is the middle variant will be available at a price of Rs 4,80,480, T which is the Top-end model will be available at Rs 5,19,480 and the T optional will be available at Rs 5,35,080. This is just the expected price it may vary.
The interior design and features of Datsun GO+ is exactly same as the Datsun GO . It has intelligent wipers, follow me home headlamps, front and rear bumpers, black OVRMs, digital tachometer, gear shift guide, seat belts for all three rows. The top end model will have power windows, speed sensitive steering wheel to serve better handling of the vehicle and a key less entry with alarm and central locking system.
The exterior shape is similar to that of the GO model but is expected to be larger. It is 1.6 meters wide, 1.4 meters high and 3.95 meters long. The two seats at the back can be removed to ensure more space for your luggage. The gear-shift knob and parking brake lever have been integrated with the dashboard to give more floor space.
It it expected that the new GO+ will have some new additional features including increase in power and torque. A diesel variant is also expected .GO+ comes with 5 color options-Bronze, Silver ,White, Grey and Black.
