Disney Plus Hostar is updating its membership plan in India. Akhil Arora of NDTV Gadget 360 revealed for the first time that the service is an internal product with a starting price of 499 rupees per year. This will include a single project with a Netflix-style mobile-only plan, disney plus hotstar’s new plans.
What is the Disney Plus Hotstar new plan
Users will start using these new features on September 1, 2021. The new 499 rupees/year plan will only apply to mobile devices and let users to switch to another high-definition phone. Using this program, you will be able to stream on other platforms, such as Disney Plus Hotstar desktop sites, TV applications, etc.
The service will also adopt the new Super plan of Rs 899, which will provide Disney Plus Hotstar subscribers with access for single years. This service will be able to stream to two devices in high-definition format.
Finally, Rs 1499 Premium package will allow subscribers to stream in 4K on up to four devices. In case of Disney + Hotstar Premium, there will be no changes. In this way, you can now issue four device connection at once instead of two devices.

“Through the new writing process, we hope to provide our content to the audience and provide them with best- in-class entertainment to choose recommendations based on their needs,” said Sunil Ryan, President and CEO of Disney + Hotstar in a press release.
What about the Disney Hotstar VIP plan
The modify plan means that the streaming service get aloof from the current 399 rupees VIP plan. Also allowing subscribers to view all service content except American shows and movies.
The access will be provided with a monthly plan of 299 rupees, which includes all content from Hotstar and Disney Plus original, as well as content from HBO, Fox and Showtime.
