Google Nexus 9 tablet is now listed on the Google Play in India.Google Nexus 9 has been priced at Rs. 28,900 for the 16GB Wi-Fi only variant, while the 32GB cellular variant is priced at Rs. 44,900. The 32GB Wi-Fi only variant is listed as unavailable. The Google Nexus 9 tablet is being manufactured by HTC. HTC has also launched many devices recently. HTC RE action camera has been launched at price of Rs. 9,990. HTC also launched the octa-core HTC Desire 820 and quad-core HTC Desire 820q in India priced at Rs. 24,990 and Rs. 22,500 respectively. The company also launched the HTC Desire Eye and One (M8 Eye) .HTC has also launched the Desire 516C smartphone in India. The smartphone will be available at a price of Rs. 12,990.
The Google Nexus 9 tablet will be offered in Indigo Black and Lunar White colour variants. Currently, the Indigo Black color variant has been listed on Google Play India. The Google Nexus 9 runs the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system for mobile devices. The latest OS offers a different dimension of features for the users. Google Nexus 9 sports an 8.9-inch IPS LCD display with QXGA (2048×1536 pixels) with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Google Nexus 9 has got dual front-facing speakers with HTC’s Boomsound and dual microphones to deliver great audio experience to the users. The HTC Nexus 9 is powered by a 64-bit NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor coupled with Kepler GPU. Nvidia’s Tegra K1 processor, has some technical features that are optimized for Google’s next-gen OS and help deliver PC-class performance in the Nexus 9. The Nexus tablet is loaded with 2GB of RAM. It features an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. The tablet also offers a 1.6-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity features of the tablet include Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack, Micro-USB and GPS. The tablet arrives with Sensors including ambient light sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer. The Google Nexus 9 tablet packs a 6700mAh battery that is credited to deliver up to 9.5 hours of browsing time, video playback time of up to 9.5 hours and a standby time of 30 days for the Wi-Fi variant.
Google has launched Android One phones in India.The search giant announced the first Android One smartphones – the Karbonn Sparkle V, Micromax Canvas A1, and Spice Dream Uno are available from their respective online retail partners in India.The Karbonn Sparkle V is available in Magnum Blue, Mild Grey, Wild Red and Pearl White colour variants exclusively via Snapdeal, the Micromax Canvas A1 is available in Black and White colour variants exclusively via Amazon, and the Spice Dream Uno is available in Black and White colour variants exclusively via at Flipkart.
