Karbonn has come up with its first Windows Phone-based smartphone, the Titanium Wind W4, The Titanium Wind W4 is available on an e-commerce website at Rs. 5,999. The smartphone is currently available in White colour variant only at Amazon India. Micromax and Xolo have already launched their Windows powered smartphones. Microsoft’s lowest priced Windows 8.1 phone is the is the Lumia 530 Dual SIM which is available at Rs. 7,349. While the Xolo Win Q900s has been priced at Rs. 9,999. The new Karbonn Titanium Wind W4, being the cheapest Windows 8.1 will give tough competition to other Windows phones.
