Huawei has rolled out a new smartphone, the Honor 4 Play. The Honor 4 Play is Priced at CNY 799 (approximately Rs. 7,921). The new Huawei budget smartphone will be available in Black and White colour variant. Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications equipment and services company having its headquarters at in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It is currenty the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world. It has 21 R&D institutes in countries including China, the United States, Canada, UK,Pakistan, France, Turkey, Germany, Colombia, Sweden, Ireland, India and Russia.

The Huawei Honor 4 Play features a 5-inch HD IPS display with a 720×1280 pixel resolution. It also comes with a 10-point touch supporting display. The smartphone measures 142.95x72x8.5mm and weighs about 160 grams . The smartphone offers slots for 2 SIM cards .The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat which comes Emotion UI 2.3 on top.
The Huawei Honor 4 Play features a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor. The graphics requirement is served by an Adreno 306 GPU (320MHz) . The Honor 4 comes loaded with 1GB of RAM. The Honor 4 Play offers you 8GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded upto 32 GB via microSD card .
The camera features of the Honor 4 are pretty good. You get an 8-megapixel back-illuminated Cmos camera with LED flash on the back and it also sports a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera has features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection among others.
The Huawei Honor 4 Play is also high on connectivity features as it has support for 4G LTE. Other connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/ A-GPS and 3G. The Honor 4 packs a 2000mAh Li-ion battery, which is credited to deliver up to 450 minutes of talk time and 150 hours of standby time on Dual SIM . This smartphone has inbuilt sensors like Accelerometer, proximity, compass , it supports Video formats like MP4,H.263 and H.264.
The distinguishing feature of this smartphone is that, being a low priced smartphones it comes with a a 64-bit processor. The 64 bit processor is found inside high-end smartphones like iPhone 6, Samsung Galaxy S5 ,HTC Desire 820 etc. For now The HuaweiHonor 4 Play is available only in China . There is unfortunately no official report on its worldwide release.
