Guide to Root Motorola Moto G 2015

Procedure to root Moto G 2015

Step 1: Hopefully you will definitely follow the article carefully, so go through the unlocking of Motorola device bootloader.

Step 2: When step 1 is over, its time to download TWRP or CWM recovery and for that connect the device to computer and then follow step 3.

Step 3: Download the latest SuperSU and save it in the root of the phone sd memory.

Step 4: Then download and install the ADB and fastboot tool in your computer.

Step 5: Again download the TWRP recovery 2.8.7 in your computer.

Step 6: Now to the ADB and fastboot folder, move the TWRP recovery. In that folder, open the py_cmd.exe by clicking it.

Step 7: In the following command give adb devices. This will help to know the list of attached device to your computer.

Step 8:Again go to command type adb reboot bootloader to boot into adb mode.

Step 9:   Again in another command prompt type fastboot flash recovery twrp-osprey-2.8.7-test1.img.

Step 10: The program will get initiated after performing the above task. So go to select recovery from ADB mode by using the volume down for scrolling and volume up to select.

Step 11: If you have booted in TWRP recovery mode then tap on the install and select the SuperSU pack that you have saved in the sd memory.

Step 12: Select reboot system to boot in normal mode.

Congratulations you have successfully rooted your Motorola Moto G 2015 with TWRP recovery and confirm that with the Super SU app visible in app drawer.
