How to Locate Your Lost Android Smartphone

Often it so happens that you forget your Android Smartphone somewhere and can’t find the phone back after numerous attempts. When you try to reach it over a call, also it’s not found as the phone is silent. So it becomes difficult to find the phone. In such situation, you can take help of another Smartphone to detect the previous one. You can take help of Android Device Manager to locate your lost phone. Let’s know how.

How to Locate Your lost Android Phone
  • To locate your lost phone, open Internet Browser on your other phone and type ‘Find my phone through Android Device Manager’ on the browser. Now search for it.
  • Now on the new page, the Google ID option will appear. Put the Google ID that you had kept on your lost phone and Accept.
  • Now three options i.e Ring, Lock and Erase will appear on your screen.

Choose the first option Ring to find out your phone. The other two options can be used to find out your phone if it’s stolen. Choosing these options not only you can lock your phone, but also you can delete data from it.
