We have got a new Android 11 based AOSP ROM for Asus Zenfone Max M2. It is called Corvus OS v16.0 which is inspired by dirty Unicorns and is stable ROM.
Asus Zenfone Max M2 is no doubt the best phone and now it is getting a new Android 11 custom ROM. It is AOSP based ROM that has very few bugs but with many features. Readout more to download the ROM.
Caution
You need to do the backup and you won’t lose the warranty. Make sure that Blogzamana won’t be responsible for brick or SD dead. If your Asus Zenfone Max M2 supports the Vanilla version then you have to flash Gapps according to your choice. If you come across any bug then ensure to flash add-ons like magisk module, zips, etc.
What is working and whatnot:
- The themes are working and so as the Heads up options and Charging animation
- System Animations battery drains a lot but he has a new feature
- It has Gaming Mode and three Finger Swipe working
- Fingerprint authentication Vibration and Fingerprint error vibration can be felt.
- It also shows the status bar on the lock screen and disables QS when locked. This new feature includes blur Media artwork
- The Lockscreen is working so as the Fod Icon picker
- Show clock and date toggle with auto-hide Clock
- Statusbar Icons, Custom Logo and Signal Icon Switch
- Kill app, Screen off the power, torch, Volume Panel Customization, Music Control and other button working
Pre-requisite
- Asus Zenphone Max M2
- Windows PC
- You must have a network with 4G connectivity on your PC or laptop what you are using to download files from here
- The original USB cable must be used or else the device will not get detected
- Battery power must be roughly 40% or more to stay away from automatic shutdown
- Enable the USB Debugging by Settings > Applications > Development and tick the USB Debugging box. Afterwards, untick the USB Debugging box for security grounds
- Back up all the personal data present on the phone through backup apps
How to install Corvus OS v16 Alpha Centauri Android 11 ROM on Asus Zenfone Max M2
- Make sure you have backup phone data then download the Corvus latest ROM zip.
- Now flash the ROM zip and vendor.
- You can also flash any add-ons like Gapps, Magisk etc.
- Now reboot and enjoy the Corvus ROM on Asus Zenfone Max M2.
