The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are the two most awaited handsets in India and we know the Apple lovers must be pretty anxious to know when these devices are going to hit the Indian market. To console you guys, you don’t have to tarry long to put hands on both these devices, because Apple has confirmed that both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus are going to launch in India on 7th of October. Whilst the iPhone 7 is going to cost you Rs. 60k for the 32GB variant, nothing has been disclosed on the price point of the later.
But just for a hint, the same iPhone 7 variant costs $649 (approximately Rs. 43,000) in the US Market whilst the iPhone 7 Plus costs $769 (approximately Rs. 51,000). So here we might assume, the 32Gb iPhone 7 Plus might somewhere cost you approx 70k. It’s just an assumption, but the real fact will be revealed only after the official declaration is made. And in both India and the European countries, the cost factor of the 128GB and 256GB of both the models are yet to be revealed.
Now the rumor that’s making it around the corner about iPhone 7 Plus is that the handset packs 3GB of RAM! It’s really shocking as this is ever the first handset from the company that packs 3GB of RAM. For your information, the iPhones don’t need much RAM for smooth operation, as the devices come optimized with iOS. On the other hand, the speed and operative capacity of Android devices are measured based on the capacity of RAM.

Whilst, this news seemed bit awkward, further investigations revealed that it’s true as the handset has already reached the bench-marking website Geekbench, as well as Chinese telecommunications certification site Tenaa and both of them ensure that the handset is going to pack 3GB of RAM. So if it really stands true, then what can a better news for the iPhone lovers. Because it’s their turn to boast of the first iPhone ever boasting 3GB of RAM.
Now moving to the layout of both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, both the devices are free from the the antenna lines at the back and are available in a couple of new colors (matte) black, jet (glossy) black along with gold, silver, and rose gold. Both the devices now occupy solid-stated and force-sensitive redesigned home buttons and use Taptic vibrations like that of the most recent MacBook and MacBook Pro models. Besides, in both the devices Apple has incorporated the IP67 water and dust resistance which is absolutely new to the iPhone Series.
Now moving to the features of the iPhone 7 and iPhone & Plus, both the handsets run on the powerful iOS 10, support front 7 Megapixel and 12MP rear cameras, support Apple A10 Fusion processors, support GSM based Nano-SIM, and are supported by 4G bands. Apart, while the iPhone 7 packs a 4.70 inch display 750×1334 pixels resolution, the iPhone 7 Plus packs a 5.50-inch display 1080×1920 pixels resolution support. All other features such as Wifi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G/4G LTE are found in both the handsets.
