If you are a Pixel Smartphone or Pixel Tablet user, then we have good news for you. The July 2024 Android Security Patch has been rolled for your Google Pixel Smartphone and Pixel Tablets.
If you have not upgraded, you must check your device for the OTA notification or can manually update by going to Settings>Software Update.
As the previous month update included a number of brand new features, this month’s update is all about a few security updates and bug fixes. Though not exciting, but it’s a must for your Pixel device as it will keep your phone safe and secure. Here you can see the changelog for the July 2024 patch.
But if you want to have a slew of more exciting features, then you have to wait until September. August this year is also supposed to witness the launch of Pixel 9 series and the stable version of Android 15.
Finally, if you don’t want to wait until the OTA hits your Pixel device, you can update it manually by downloading the Factory Image or OTA from here.
