Micromax, the other leading mobile & Smartphone manufacturer in the country is busy extending its Canvas Doodle segment and the recently added Smartphone to the family has been named after the Canvas Doodle 3. Before the company had already launched its predecessors, the Canvas Doodle and Canvas Doodle 2. The official announcement ensures that the Smartphone will be made available in the market starting from Friday only.
As per the official revelation, the device will cost only Rs. 8,500 which is definitely affordable in the Phablet segment and will accompany a six month free subscription of unlimited movies. Among the basic features, the Canvas Doodle boasts of a superior FWVGA 6-inch displaywith 480×854 pixels resolution. The device runs on the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Operating System.
Apart, it supports two SIMs (GSM+GSM) and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek (MT6572) processor with 512MB of RAM. To save unlimited data, the handset supports 4GB in-built memory which can be further extended up to 32GB. For capturing the sweetest moments of your life, you will get 5MP rear cam alongside a 0.3MP front-facing cam for a front talk with your dear ones. Connectivity features in the device support Micro-USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, EDGE/ GPRS, and GPS/ A-GPS.
To provide the users with long-term battery performance, the Canvas Doodle 3 packs a 2500mAh battery which is claimed to provide up to 9 hrs. of talk time and 260 hrs of Standby. You shall also get a number of in-built apps such as M! Doodle, M! Live, BigFlix, Kingsoft Office, Get It, Game Apps (marbles, Rope Cut, Jelly jumper), and Opera Mini.
