Nissan Terrano Groove limited edition car launched in India

Nissan has  launched a limited edition of the Terrano . The car has been priced at Rs. 11.45 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).  The limited edition is Called the Terrano Groove.  This special edition will offer benefits worth Rs. 30,000 and that too without any extra cost. The offer is only Available only on Terrano XL (O) grade

The new features offered in this vehicle are chrome highlights for fog lamps, matte black roof wrap and, tail-lights and tail-gate. The changes are not many but the car somewhat looks transformed. On the interior, the car’s cabin sports some new features like branded fabric mats, Rockford Fosgate speaker system, and LED scuff plates on the doors. The new Groove is said to be focused on ‘lifestyle-conscious buyers’. There will be just 250 units of this edition will be sold in India.

Nissan had unveiled the Sway concept to the Geneva Motor Show and is expected to be the next generation Micra. The vehicle seems to be a larger version of Micra 4010mm long, 1780mm wide, 1385mm tall and features a 2570mm wheelbase . The interior of the Sway concept is based on the IDx concepts with a clean design and an uncluttered layout. The vehicle features lightweight seats with an exposed aluminum structure and covered in suede-like fabric enhanced with a pearl-effect material and special stitching.On the exterior, the Sway concept shows V-motion grille along with crisp LED headlights and the bumper gets strips of LED daytime running lights. The car gets boomer and LED taillights, sculpted hood and trapezoidal exhaust pipes built into the rear bumper. What more? The Sway concept also sports a floating roof and rear-hinged back doors.

Volvo has  launched the second generation 2015 XC90 in India. It has been priced at Rs 64.9 lac (Ex-Showroom, Mumbai, pre-Octroi). The new Volvo SUV will be offered only with a dieselengine. It will have two variants – Momentum Luxury and Inscription Luxury. The Momentum Luxury is priced at Rs. 64.9 lac while the Inscription will cost Rs. 77.9 lac. The new Volvo XC90 is based on Swedish manufacturer’s new SPA (Scalable Platform Architecture). Under the hood, the Volvo is boosted by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder twin-turbocharged engine. The engine delivers a maximum power of 225 hp at 4,250 rpm and a maximum torque of 470 Nm in between 1750-2500 rpm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The power is transmitted to all four wheels by an All Wheel Drive system
