Xiaomi has scheduled to launch its new flagship Mi 9 tomorrow in an event at Beijing tomorrow. The new Smartphone will be a successor to the Xiaomi Mi 8 which the company had launched in May, last year. Before launch, the Smartphone was leaked in the internet and lots of its features and specs are already making it around the corner. What informs the latest revelations, if the Smartphone packs dual-frequency GPS, multi-functional NFC chip, dedicated button for Google Assistant, and a Smart Antenna. The Smartphone launch tomorrow will be perticularly intended for Chinese market as the company has revealed that it will inform about the global launch of the Xiaomi Mi 9 at the Mobile World Congress.

The Xiaomi Mi 9 launch event will dircetly go live at 2:00pm CST (11:30am IST) on February 20 from Beijing. If you wanna watch the launch event, then you can follow the company’s official website tomorrow at the above mentioned time. Because the event is being held in China, so there is scarce chance that you can find English speakers on the dias. But yes, you might get to see English sub-titles on the screen. But again nothing has been confirmed officially. Xiaomi Mi 9 Specs and Features
What the latest information reveals, the Xiaomi Mi 9 will have a dedicated button for the Google Assistant feature which will be limited to the international users and for the Chinese users, the button will be meant for a different digital assistant. Other special features that the Smartphone is in news to pack is an enhanced multi-functional NFC chip, Always-On colour display and a Smart Antenna feature for providing better network connectivity.

Now coming to the base features of the Xiaomi Mi 9, it is supposed to pack a 1080p OLED screen supported by a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The handset is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC processor and will boast a 6.4-inch wide angle screen. For capturing the special moments of life, the Smartphone packs 3 dynamic rear cameras i.e of 48-megapixel, 16-megapixel and 12-megapixel sensors with special camera features. The Smartphone also will pack a 20MP front camera to meet your selfie needs.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 will run on the out-of-the-box Android 9 Pie with MIUI 10 and will have 8GB RAM with built-in 256GB storage and a microSD Card support. The Smartphone is powered by a 3,500mAh battery which will provide durable power back up to your Smartphone.
Now coming to the price of the Xiaomi Mi 9, nothing has been made officially cleared what will be the price of the Smartphone. But as expected the Smartphone might start at an expected to range between the price tag of CNY 3,299 (approx Rs. 34,700) and CNY 3,699 (approx Rs. 39,000). The Mi 9 Explorer Edition might cost around CNY 4,999 (approx Rs. 52,700).
