Acer launches 6 new laptops in India starting at Rs 20,999

Acer Inc. is a Taiwanese multinational hardware and electronics corporation having its headquarters in Xizhi, New Taipei City, Taiwan. Acer makes desktop and laptop PCs, tablet computers, smartphones , servers, storage devices, displays and peripherals and it provides e-business services to businesses, governments and consumers. Acer was founded as Multitech in 1976 and was renamed Acer in the year 1987. Acer has rolled out six new laptops under its Aspire E series in India. The new Acer Aspire laptops are – E3-111, E5-511, E5-471, E5-571 ,ES1-511 and E5-571G. The laptops are priced between Rs. 20,999 and Rs. 59,999

The Aspire E5-571 comes in two variants – graphics and non-graphics – and is being offered available in five colours- Sapphire Blue, Titanium Silver, Midnight Black, Tiger’s Eye Brown and Garnet Red. the new Aspire E5-471 notebook sports a 35.56 cms (14 inch) screen size  and is being offered  in Pearl White colour.

The notebooks come with a Precision Touchpad (PTP) which supports six-core Windows 8.1 TouchPad gestures. The new Acer laptops runs Windows 8.1 and Linux operating systems.  Features that all these laptops share are NVIDIA GeForce 800M series card and 4th Generation Intel Core i7 processor,12GB of RAM and 1TB hard disk.

Acer has launched a monitor XB280HK ,which is a 28-inch TN display having a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 (4K Ultra HD).It is fully compatible with Nvidia’s G-Sync adaptive refresh rate technology. Acer has also launched   Iconia Tab 7 voice caling tablet earlier which offers 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8382 quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. The tablet comes with a 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. It has 16GB built-in storage.
