Gionee has rolled out its Elife S6 smartphone in China

At the front, it sports a 5.5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution Amoled display . The handset comes dressed in metal. The smartphone is being offered in Gold and Platinum colour variants to choose from. It has dimensions 151.9×74.6×6.9mm and weighs 147 grams. It gets the power from a 3150mAh battery. The battery can power your phone up to 18.8 hours of talk-time and 342 hours of standby time.
HARDWARE & SOFTWARE
The Gionee Elife S6 definitely scores good points in hardware. The handset is driven by a 1.3Ghz 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT67538 CPU. The 3GB of RAM gives a boost to all the tasks you do in your gadget. It comes loaded with a Mali-T720 GPU. The smartphone offers 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. The smartphone works on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Amigo 3.1 OS.

The Gionee Elife S6 features a 13-megapixel autofocus camera at the back. Thre is a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for clicking selfies and making video calls. The rear camera has features like burst mode, night mode, panorama mode and magic focus. It is capable of shooting Full-HD videos. The handset features dual-SIM (Micro+Nano) support. The second SIM slot is a hybrid one. You can use this for either a SIM or a MicroSD card.
