Harley Davidson has launched its first electric bike Live Wire in the United States. Best part of the bike is that company provides two years free service with this bike. This bike can be charged at the Electrify America station. Soon this bike will be seen on the roads.
Cost of this Harley Davidson bike is around $29,799, approx Rs. 20,00,000. The company in one of its press releases informed that the customers can charge their bikes at the Electrify America station. The company also has declared that the bike will be made available in other European countries like America, Canada and others.

According to information, the Live Wire in single charge will run for 235 kilometers. To catch the speed of 0-100 kilometer, it just takes 3 seconds.The electric motor in it generates the torque of 103 PS and 116Nm. In addition, with the help of DC Fast Charging, the bike is charged in one hour, whereas in 40 minutes the bike is charged up to 80%. Rapid acceleration is present in the bike.
But with the help of DC charging, the bike can be charged in just one hour and it takes only 40 minutes for chrging 80 percent. The bike also supports rapid accelation.

Harley Davidson Live Wire is a premium bike and in design it differs a lot from the other Harley bikes. A lot many features have been added to this bike and its specifically meant for urban driving. The users would get diversified riding modes on the bike aling with a 4.3 inch color TFT display. Other features include LED headlamps, drag torque slip control systems, Reflex Defensive Rider System, Anti Lock Braking System, and Corner Enhanced Traction Control Systems.
