- First of all download the Lineage OS custom firmware for T-Mobile LG G4 H811 in your computer and make sure you do not extract it.
- Also download the Google app package, but do not extract it
- Now attach the mobile to computer via USB cable and copy paste the files into the phone SD card and must not copy to any sub folder as the files cannot get detected.
- Detach the USB cable and switch off the Smartphone.
- Boot the device in recovery mode and there clean the cache by “wipe data/factory reset” and confirm by pressing the menu button.
- In the recovery mode menu select the .zip from SD card and choose the files one after another. First flash the Lineage OS ROM and then the Google Apps package.
- Wait for 5-10 minutes to boot the device automatically. If not booted, then select reboot system now in the recovery mode.

In case the user get stuck into bootloop, then switch of the T-Mobile LG G4 H811 Smartphone and go to recovery mode and then clear cache and reboot into normal mode.
