iBall Slide WQ149i and Slide WQ149R launched

Nowadays, we see many firms launching Hybrid tablets in the market. iBall has launched two new Windows-based hybrid tablet PCs, the iBall Slide WQ149i and iBall Slide WQ149R. These devices can be used as a tablet as well as a laptop by attaching it to the keyboard.

 Both the iBall Slide WQ149i and Slide WQ149R sport a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixels) IPS multi-touch display. They are powered by 1.83 Ghz Intel Atom processor. The tablets come loaded with 2GB of DDR3RAM. The tablet offers an inbuilt storage of 32GB. We don’t have any details about the expandability of the memory.

The camera features of these tablets also same. The iBall Slide WQ149i and Slide WQ149R feature a 5-megapixel rear camera. There is also a 2-megapixel front facing camera for making video calls. Customers will also get a free Microsoft Office 365 licence and 1TB of free OneDrive cloud storage for one year.  These hybrid tablets also come with a pogo-pin keyboard. The iBall Slide WQ149i and Slide WQ149R run Windows 8.1 OS.

 The iBall Slide WQ149i offers connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, USB, Micro-USB, HDMI and USB OTG options. The iBall Slide WQ149R also features 3G connectivity along the connectivity options that come in iBall Slide WQ149i. The iBall Slide WQ149i has been priced at Rs. 18,499 and the iBall Slide WQ149R can be bought at Rs. 19,999.

The iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus company was officially launched the smartphone in India at Rs. 11,499. The Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus handset is being offered only in Black colour variant. It sports a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) HD OGS display and offers a pixel density of 289ppi. The Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) smartphone.  The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core MediaTek processor. The device is loaded with 2GB of RAM. The iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus offers 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandableup to 32 GB via microSD card . On the camera front, the handset sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, there is also a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera for clicking selfies. The handset runs the recent Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The iBall Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus has got sensors like proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and magnetic sensor. The connectivity features of the Andi 5Q Cobalt Solus include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE and  Micro-USB. The smartphone is backed by a 2250mAh.
