Excitement is brewing among Apple enthusiasts as details about the iPhone 15 Pro Max continue to emerge. Leaker, Ice Universe, recently shared a 3D model of the highly anticipated flagship device on Twitter, revealing minimal differences from its predecessors. Notably, the ‘notch island’ and three cameras remain, but performance and efficiency improvements are expected.
The iPhone 15 Pro Max will feature the powerful A17 Bionic chipset, exclusive to the Pro lineup, with increased RAM capacity for faster multitasking and improved storage. While physical buttons may be absent, solid state buttons and haptic feedback reminiscent of earlier models will be present. The phone’s dimensions will be 159.86 mm x 76.73 mm x 8.25 mm with a total thickness of 11.84mm, including the camera.
Connectivity options for the iPhone 15 Pro Max include USB-C, USB 3.2, and Thunderbolt ports, with lightning-fast upload and download speeds on par with the 5G Qualcomm modem chip found in other iPhone 15 models. The release date is slated for September 2023, with the name still unknown.
Apple has yet to reveal color options, but the design closely mirrors its predecessors. However, the A17 Bionic chip, increased RAM capacity, USB-C port, and Sony’s ToF sensor are the standout features. With much still unknown, the anticipation for the iPhone 15 Pro Max continues to build.
