Are you a website owner? Then you must check with which company have you registered your domain? If with Ne4India, then this might be a cause to worry about! We don’t say so. Lakhs of Net4India customers are taking to the Social Media platforms to convey so. The Delhi based Domain Registration company Net4India is one of the largest domain registrars across the country. But the company is said to have been bankrupt and hence has been closed.
Lot many users of the company are complaining on Twitter that Net4India is not responding to any of their emails or phone calls. Reportedly, the company is hosting more than 90,000 websites, 1.5 million corporate emails and has registered around 3,75,000 domains across the country. Website of the company also is not operational at this moment.
Worst part of the situation is that customers complain of their domains getting closed without any prior information or communication. Even the registered emails on Net4India is also gradually getting closed. The users claim that the Delhi Office of Net4India is closed and even none of the phone calls or emails of the customers are being answered. Just for information, Net4India is a gold partner company of Microsoft.

Net4India was started in the year 1985 as an Internet Service providing company, but soon it was transferred to a Domain registrant like GoDaddy. It’s one of the biggest Domain registration companies in the country and lakhs of people have registered domains in this company with different domain extensions. The company was in profit still 2011, but in 2013 State Bank announced it as a non-pefroming asset. By this time the company already had a debt of 190 crores. In the first quarter of 2017, Net4India bore a loss of 4.22 crore after which the company was removed from the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.
Save us from #Net4India. When India is working virtually Net4 has disappeared illegally, putting thousands in misery in these hard times. Please let us transfer our domains. @rsprasad@SanjayDhotreMP@ICANN@NDTV@News18
