Nokia officially launched its much anticipated Lumia series Smartphone in India, Lumia 925 and Lumia 625. Nokia has introduced its largest Smartphone screen with Lumia 625 and it also introduced a metal design to the Nokia Lumia range with Lumia 925. Both the Nokia Lumia phones run on Windows Phone 8. Nokia Lumia 925 costs Rs 33,499 and Nokia Lumia 625 costs Rs 19,999 in India.
If we discuss the features, Lumia 625 includes 4.7-inch super-sensitive LCD screen with 800x480p resolution and 201ppi pixel density. The new smartphone also features 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM and 8GB internal storage with microSD support up to 64GB. With Lumia 625 Nokia offers movies worth Rs 4,275, it also preloaded with a movie app called Your Movies that allows the users to download and stream movies on the device. Lumia 625 also offers a free entertainment package worth around Rs 16,000, which includes movies, eBooks from Flipkart and access to the Nokia Music Store. The buyer also get 3GB free 3G data for three months on Tata Docomo and access to 10GB of free data over Wi-Fi at McDonalds, Subway and Cafe Coffee Day outlets.
Lumia 925 includes 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ screen with ClearBlack display technology and 1280x768p resolution. It also features 1.5 GHz dual-core Krait processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and 7GB free SkyDrive storage. With Lumia 925 Nokia introduces the latest PureView camera with dual-LED flash and a 1.3 Megapixel secondary unit. Nokia Smart Camera mode offers an easy way to capture ten images at-a-time and edit them with options like best shot, action shot and motion focus to create high quality image. The new smart phone also includes 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, microUSB 2.0, NFC and wireless charging (via removable back panel).
