Microsoft, the other leading manufacturer of Windows OS and mobile & Smartphones, have of late stepped into the market with its latest release, the One Note App for avid users of Microsoft One Note which was prior made available to selected users of Android under the Alpha testing program. Now the app has been made public via the beta testing program and Google takes all credit for that. Prior to this Google had also released one such equivalent app, the Google Keep for Android which was made to public in last quarter. So it will be interesting to see how much the One Note app from Microsoft will grab the limelight. The One Note App is free and is available in both iOS and Windows platforms. - To get the app in your device, primarily you have to join the OneNote for Beta program Google + community.
- Then click on the “Become a Tester” option.
- Now you will become a tester of the OneNote for beta program community. Now you have to download the app from the Play Store.
While the app is supposed to get released by the end of this month, I don’t think the final version will see any major changes. Reason is crystal clear as there is no bugs found in the beta testing version. Still, we wait ahead to see what changes the app is going to come up with.
