One of the most used Social Media Platform Tumblr has finally banned all adult products and content on Social Media. The company had been constantly facing issues since long due to these contents. The company had declared in the beginning of this month that all such content will be stopped from being shown in the Social Media platform starting from 17th of December. According to the new company policy, the company has used pics of child torture as its content filter.
As per the new guidelines of Tumbler, the users can’t upload adult content on the Social Media platform henceforth. However, contents related to Art, Culture, Education and Politics will not be removed from the platform and will be open for upload.

Conversely, the users who upload adult content on Tumblr will be notified with the instructions to appeal against such ban. Previously the Social Media site was banned in Indonesia for a day because of matured content and in Soouth Korea it was warned to modified the adult content and make user-friendly.
Here it must be said that the BJP MP Rajeev Chandrasekhar has appealed to ban the apps like TikTok, Kwai, LiveMe, LIKE, Helo, and Welike in India. He has also written a mail to the IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on this regard. According to him, these apps spoil the youth in India and hence must be banned.
