OpenAI launches ChatGPT iOS App, when in India

The popular artificial intelligence chatbot ChatGPT is finally coming to Smartphones. OpenAI has announced the launch of its iOS App recently in a public statement. “Since the release of ChatGPT, we’ve heard from users that they love using ChatGPT on the go. Today, we’re launching the ChatGPT app for iOS,” stated the company.

The app will be free from advertisements and will include Voice Assist. So it will be feasible for the users to operate the app over voice command. However, the app this moment is being rolled to limited users only in the United States. But the company is planning to expand its visibility to other countries across the globe in the coming weeks.

Like its desktop counterpart, the ChatGPT app will allow users to interact with an AI chatbot and ask questions instead of using the conventional search methods. While using the mobile version of ChatGTP, further the app will synchronize the users’ search history across devices and will grant them access to the previously conducted searches via web interface.

The company stated that using its new App, the users will get access to the functionalities of GPT -4 and will get access to the new features with an early response time. Besides, they can also take benefit of Whisper, OpenAI’s open-source speech recognition system that allows a more efficient voice search technique.

Though the app this moment is available only in the United States, the company is further planning to expand it to other territories including India.
