You might recollect, in its starting phase Jio had announced about the Prime membership! The Jio Prime membership provides free access to all Jio apps for a year. Now the company has decided to renew the Prime membership free of cost for the existing customers.

How to Check
To check the renewal status of Jio Prime Membership, you need to have the “My Jio” app on your handset. If you have not installed yet, then first download and install the app.
Post installation, open the app. You will get to see your subscription plan in the below left corner of the My Jio app.
Click on “View Details” below the plan.
Now you can see the “Jio Prime Membership” option in the new Window. From there you can know if your Jio Prime Membership is renewed or not.
The existing offer from Jio is only for the existing customers. So the new subscribers have to bear the cost for subscribing to Jio Prime Membership.
