Micro Blogging site Twitter is getting ready to follow the footsteps of the largest Social Media Network Facebook. Twitter is also geared up to introduce its own Payment system like Google and Facebook. However, the company has not revealed anything official on it.
According to a report by the English website The Information, Twitter is briskly working on the project and once it’s completed the Twitter users can send and receive money. Twitter is assumed to name this feature as Tipping.
The Twitter Payment Feature company will work with the other company Square of Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey. Square is the financial assisting company of Twitter CEO and it also provides Mobile Payment Service in San Francisco. It’s said that Twitter’s payment feature will be for Bitcoin only. That means the users only can pay through Bitcoin.
A report by NewsBTC conveys that the Twitter CEO predicted Bitcoin to be the Internet currency in future.His company Square is also working on Cryptocurrency payment method. The report also stated that Bitcoin MicroPayments is the main investor in the Solution Lightning Network.
