Update Samsung Galaxy A20 SM-A205F with Android 11 A205FXXUACUF3 Firmware In India

Here we have come up with a manual update of Samsung Galaxy A20 to firmware A205FXXUACUF3 in India. This update has version number PDA A205FXXUACUF3 and CSC A205FODMACUF5. Basically, it is an Android 11 firmware update that has June 2021 Android security patch as well as Android 11 goodies.

The Android 11 update for the A20 will arrive in every part of the country in a few weeks, but if you can’t wait for the update prompt on your device, you can view it manually by going to Settings > Software on your Galaxy A20. And if you have rooted your Galaxy A20 by Magisk App and can uninstall to unroot it then this firmware update will rescue you.

  • Enable USB Debugging Mode. You will find the option in the Developer Section of your device. By pressing the built number 7 time
  • Back-Up all important data in your Smartphone since the update will erase all your data.
  • Keep at least 70% battery back up on your Samsung Galaxy A20 SM-A205F to avoid accidental shut down during installation.
  • Make sure you install the latest firmware on the SM-A205F model only
  • Make sure, the SAMSUNG-drivers are installed on your PC
  • Download Odin3-v3.14.4.zip file keep in PC
  • Download Android 11 A205FXXUACUF3 Firmware keep in PC

Tutorial to Update Samsung Galaxy A20 SM-A205F on Android 11 A205FXXUACUF3 Firmware In India

  1. Download Android 11 A205FXXUACUF3 Firmware for Samsung Galaxy A20 SM-A205F. Then extract the firmware file you just downloaded on your PC. You should get 5 files.

AP (System &Recovery)

BL (Bootloader)

CP (Modem / Radio)

CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator

HOME_CSC_*** (Country / Region / Operator)

  1. Now add each file to its relevant field in Odin v3.14.4. If you want to do a clean flash then Use CSC_*** or if you want to keep your apps and data then add in HOME_CSC_***.
  2. Switch off the device and then reboot your phone in Download / Odin mode pressing the POWER + VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY
  3. If the above options did not work then try 5 more methods by pressing;
  4. Once you are in download mode then connect your phone to the PC, if possible use the original USB cable you got with your phone.

  1. A BLUE box will show up with the COM port number when the Odin gets detected in your device.
  2. Make sure you don’t tick any extra boxes. The only options to be ticked are F.Reset Time and Auto-reboot only.
  3. After that click on the start button, wait for Odin to say ‘PASS ‘in a GREEN box.
  4. Once the flash is completed then your phone will reboot and then disconnect your phone from the PC
  5. Now again go to ODIN in PC and there you get AP (System &Recovery) get Extract the firmware file you just downloaded. You should get 1 file MD5-file in AP-field in Odin and add that.
  6. Reboot your phone in Download mode by pressing the POWER + VOLUME DOWN + BIXBY
  7. Once you are in download mode then connect your phone to the PC, if possible use the original USB cable you got with your phone.
  8. A BLUE box will show up with the COM port number when the Odin gets detected in your device.
  9. Make sure you don’t tick any extra boxes. The only options to be ticked are F.Reset Time and Auto-Reboot only.
  10. After that click on the start button, wait for Odin to say ‘PASS ‘in a GREEN box.

Voila! The Samsung Galaxy A20 SM-A205F IND version is updated with A205FXXUACUF3 Firmware for Indian users.
