WhatsApp optimizes its notifications to match Android Nougat’s Default Format

Android Nougat, the recently launched and most powerful Android OS is making it around the corners across the globe to manipulate Smartphone performance and in the meantime all Mobile Messenger platforms are also getting optimized as per Nougat’s default Notification system. WhatsApp though was not that much prompt in updating its notification system as per Android Nougat, but finally it has touched the vein and just rolled the beta version 2.17.13 to match the demand. By the way Google had already showcased the fully enhanced Notification System in Android Nougat long before.

So if you have updated your Smartphone to the Android Nougat OS and is running WhatsApp on the Smartphone, then you will need to update it to the WhatsApp v2.17.13 beta for Android. So what’s new you get in this version? To be frank, your WhatsApp usage becomes more easy with this new version of app. This new version of App enables you to get all unread messages at a single conversation and not only the latest massages like before. Also you will not anymore be frustrated as your Quick Reply message will not disappear when you receive a new message from the same conversation.

Now if you receive new messages from different conversations at a time, then all will be shown in the notification window and you can answer to each by unfolding one by one. The notification support is accessible both from the notification panel and lock screen and to answer from the lock screen you have to go through pin, patterns or fingerprint. The bundled, unbundled, and expanded views is also available beneath the chat box and hence it will be easier for you to access everything from the home.

So if you are a user of WhatsApp and is interested to be a tester of the Android Beta Features, then you have to move to Google Play Store and choose the “I Am In” option there. Also WhatsApp claims the apps and messages will be fully secure to be used in the Beta tester version.
