Xolo Q1000S launched with 5-inch HD display, 1.5 GHz quad-core processor & 13MP camera @ 18999

XOLO has announced the launch of its much-awaited ‘Q’ Series Smartphone in India, XOLO Q1000S. It features a 5-inch 720p IPS display with OGS technology. The stylish and slim phone is only 6.98mm thick and weights 158 g. The new smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and in Indian market it is available at Rs. 18,999.

The Q1000S is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek processor along with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. It comes with 2500 mAh battery , according to the company which can deliver 12.5 hours of talktime and 425 hours on standby mode, music playback time up to 53 hours (by internal speakers) and up to 34.6 hours (by wired headset). In Connectivity options include USB, Bluetooth4.0, WiFi, WLAN support and 3G

It also includes a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash & BSI 2 sensor and 5 megapixel front facing camera with BSI sensor. The 13 mp rear camera is able to record Full HD 1080pixel videos and uses image stabilization technology to capture clear images even when the camera is shaking. It is also able to capture up to 99 shots with the burst mode feature. The camera also supports modes like scene detection and tuning, high dynamic range (HDR), low light enhancement, face recognition, panorama capture and geo tagging. Although XOLO Q1000S comes with many impressive features it does include the microSD card support. The phone is expected to compete with Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos I9082 & Mega 5.8 Nokia Lumia 820, Micromax Canvas 4 A210, Lenovo Ideaphone S920 and LG Optimus L9 P765.
