Facebook on Monday made some big announcements on its Develoaper’s conference F8. This year’s conference is completely dedicated to security and privacy. So the most important announcement that Facebook made in this year’s conference is shopping facility in WhatsApp. Reportedly, Mark Jukerberg will soon allow the WhatsApp subscribers to purchase products using the its shopping platform. In other words to say, WhatsApp will now start functioning as an ECommerce platform.

This feature of WhatsApp will prove to be a boon for the Business Account holders. Till date the companies used WhatsApp only for the purpose of information, but now they will use it to sell products without diverting customers to their website.
After the new update, in the shopping cat of WhatsApp products will be listed in a manner as listed in any E-Commerce website app. By this you will be allowed to shop while still in chat, but for this you have to wait till the end of 2019. Apart it’s assumed that the company might launch WhatsApp Payments along with this shopping feature.
