BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) has launched a new app for its customers. This app is called the BSNL Wings app. The app is very special actually as it’s like a gift from BSNL for its customers. Using this app the users can call from those areas where BSNL network is not available. Now question arises, how can someone call from mobile which has no network. Let’s know how.
First of all I would like to let you know that the BSNL Wings app is based on VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology. Using this technology you can easily make calls if you have no network on your mobile but you have an Internet (WiFi) connection.

Next you will get a PIN which you need to put in the BSNL Wings app and now the app will be ready for use for a year.
