Apple is likely to launch the new iPhone 17e by February 19, 2026. This will be a likely shift from the regular release time. This is indeed great news for iPhone fans. Rumour mills are working overtime, the fans just cannot keep calm about the iPhone 17e release date.
The Cupertino based tech-giant is likely to launch three amazing products and the LLM Siri. Among the three products is the iPhone 17e. The Company is also likely to launch a low-cost Mac-book around February too.
The Company is also working on the smarter version of Siri which will have AI and will work on the Large Language Model and will be called LLM Siri. The specifications of both devices and the new LLM Siri have however been leaked ahead of their official launch.
Likely specifications of iPhone 17e ahead of release date
Display: If leaks are to be believed, the Apple iPhone 17e will offer a 6.1-inch OLED display. The refresh rate will be 60Hz. The device will be powered by Apple A19 chip.
Camera: In terms of camera specifications, the Apple iPhone 17e will be a single 48MP camera on the back. At the front, the smartphone will offer a 12MP selfie camera.
Display: It is likely that the device will feature a ‘Smart Island design’ which the tipster might have referred to as Apple Dynamic Island. The 3D face recognition might be offered in the iPhone 17e.
Price: Apple iPhone 17e expected to be priced in India starting from Rs. 64,990
Reports say that, the iPhone 17e will be unveiled in February 2026. However, Apple iPhone 16e was launched in February 2025. The device is powered by A18 chip and it supports Apple Intelligence features as well as Face ID.
Apple is also planning to launch a new low cost Macbook. This new model will run on the A18 Pro Chip from the iPhone 16 Pro instead of the usual M-series chips. The device will come with a 12.9 inch display which is slightly smaller than the 13.6 inch MacBook Air. It may also be launched in bright colours like Blue, Pink, Silver and Yellow.
The new MacBook is expected to offer smooth performance along with long battery life like other Macbooks. The A18 Pro Chip has reportedly performed 43% better than the M1 in single core. It is almost equal in multicore performance.
The new MacBook is likely to be priced between Rs.52,370 and Rs. 61,113 in India. However the, the new iPhone 17e release date has been fixed on February 19, 2026.
