Garmin lauunches Instinct and Fenix 6 Pro Solar Watches in India, Battery lasts up to 50 Days
After a long wait, finally the leading Smartwatch manufacturer Garmin has launched the Garmin Instinct Solar watch and Fenix 6 Pro Solar watch in India. Speciality of both the Smartwatches are that they are operated on Solar light and their battery lasts up to 50 days. Worth mentioning, the patent of Solar driven Smartwatches are only with Garmin.
Both these Smartwatches include Indoor climbing, Fishing and Mountain Biking like features. According to Garmin, this Smartwatch has one solar panel like glass which is named as Power glass. The power glass has been formed with a very thin multi-layer structure which even if covered completely, also will be charged.
Garmin Instinct Solar, Fenix 6 Pro Solar Price in India
The graphite, tibet blue, orchid, sunburst and flame red color variants pf the Garmin Instinct Solar Smartwatch will be made available at price tag of Rs 42,090. Similarly, the Instinct Solar Graphite Camo variant will cost Rs 47,490 and the Instinct Solar Lichen Camo will be priced at Rs 47,490. Garmin Fenix 6 Pro will be made available in two color variants i.e. Solar Black and Slate Gray and will be priced at Rs 89,990. The Cobalt Blue Band variant with Whitestone is priced at Rs 99,990. Both the smartwatches can be purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Click, Paytm Mall, Myntra and Digaming stores.
Garmin Instinct Solar Features
The Garmin Instinct Solar has the Power Manager feature through which the users get unlimited battery, but only on Power Saving mode. This watch also has the SpO2 feature through which oxygen level in blood can be measured. The company claims that users would get 24 days battery back up on Smartwatch mode and 50 days battery backup on exposure mode of the Smartwatch.
Fenix 6 Pro Solar Watch Features
Fenix 6 Pro Solar is a new member in Garmin’s flagship outdoor GPS series. It also supports a Garmin power glass sole charging lens and power manager mode. This Smartwatch also has features to Mountain biking and indoor climbing. According to the company, its battery life is 14 days in normal mode, 16 days in solar exposure mode and also 16 days of backup will be available.
