Oppo Mirror 3 launched in India at Rs 16,990

Oppo has rolled out the Mirror 3 smartphone in India. The new handset is priced at Rs. 16,990.The Oppo Mirror 3 sports a 4.7-inch HD 720x1280p resolution IPS display with 312ppi pixel density. The handset has got dimensions 137.6×68.8×8.95mm and weighs 126 grams . The handset features a dotted design on the back cover that is guarded by scratch-resistant UV coating.

The Oppo 3 is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC (MSM8916). It comes loaded with 1GB of RAM.  The Oppo Mirror 3 offers a decent 8GB of inbuilt storage which, can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.   A 2000mAh battery is the power source for this gadget and it comes with Oppo’s VOOC fast-charging technology. The smartphone runs Android 4.4 KitKat with ColorOS 2.0.1 UI on top.

Speaking on the camera features, the handset has both front and rear cameras. The front is a 5-megapixel shooter while, the rear one is an 8-megapixel (Sony IMX179 sensor) camera that has an f/2.0 lens. Now, let us talk about the connectivity features, the Oppo Mirror 3 offers Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi direct,3G, GPS/ A-GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. The hanset receives an infrared port that works with Oppo’s Smart Remote Technology 2.0 to support transfer protocols for remote control of various home appliances.

 Speaking on the launch, Tom Lu, CEO, OPPO Mobiles India said that the smartphone technology was constantly evolving. They were excited to introduce Mirror 3 to their picture-loving Indian customers. It came with phenomenal camera quality. No matter day or night, the image quality taken from a Mirror 3 smartphone was greatly enhanced as a result of increased CMOS sensitivity, higher resolution, and effective filtering for infrared light. That packed with a host of other features gave the consumer a power packed selfie experience.

Oppo has also launched the Oppo 3000 . It features a 4.7-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) resolution display. This smartphone is available in Black and White colour variants. The Oppo 3000 measures 137.6×68.8×8.9mm and weighs 126 grams. It is powered by a 64-bit 1.2 Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The gadget offers 8GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card The Oppo 3000 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with ColourOS 2.0.1 UI on top. The Oppo 3000 features an 8-megapixel camera and there is also 5-megapixel wide-angle front-facing camera. The Connectivity features on the Oppo 3000 include GPS, Bluetooth, 4G, NFC and Wi-Fi.
